Upon boarding, I'd recommend going directly to book your Palo reservation. If you go to the buffet for lunch and then try to book, you may end up disappointed... trust me...the buffet will have food...but you want that ressie for Palo!!
If, for whatever reason, you don't get a reservation...don't panic!! Ask to be placed on the waitlist. You could also stop by Palo and introduce yourself to the Dining Rm Mgr... explain that it's your anniversary and you'd even take a cancellation. If all else fails...you can go to Palo and ask to sit at the bar for dessert only.
If you're on a seven day sailing, don't discount the Champ. Brunch...it's WONDERFUL!!!!! We also did the High Tea. My hubby thought he'd hate the High Tea, but it turned out that he had a really nice time. The Champ. Brunch is $10pp and the High Tea is free (but you have to book reservations for both).
Have a great cruise and a happy anniversary!!
