Can you make ressies for brunch and dinner, or are you limited to how many visits per stateroom that you can make at Palo?

Yes. You can make one reservation for each. Once on board you can try to get more if wanted.

As the PP noted, you can make one reservation for Palo Brunch and one reservation for Palo dinner before your cruise. Once on board there is often availability to add more Palo visits, you just can't book more before the cruise.

Very glad to be reminded that often you can get additional dinner reservations once on board. I've debated changing my rotation request from "Animator's Palate twice" to "Enchanted Garden on night 1" - because I've already got my pre-reserved Palo dinner the first night. I am not a fan of the EG menu, so it's a nice reminder that if the rotation doesn't work out so that AP twice equals EG night 1, I can try to get another Palo reservation for whatever EG night I have.
