Palo is a meal. Remy is an experience (consider adding the champagne pairings, if they still do that).
Not sure there is a wrong answer to your question, but in my opinion, I can enjoy a similar brunch at home to what is offered at Palo - I can't say the same about Remy.
I agree with this 100%. The Remy brunch with the champagne pairing was amazing. A total foodie experience, not to be missed if you are really into good food.
