Palo or Remy for brunch?

Palo is a meal. Remy is an experience (consider adding the champagne pairings, if they still do that).

Not sure there is a wrong answer to your question, but in my opinion, I can enjoy a similar brunch at home to what is offered at Palo - I can't say the same about Remy.

I agree with this 100%. The Remy brunch with the champagne pairing was amazing. A total foodie experience, not to be missed if you are really into good food.

You can pre-book only 1 of each type of adult dining: 1 Palo brunch, 1 Palo dinner, 1 Remy brunch, 1 Remy dinner. Once onboard, if there's availability, you can make additional reservations.

The new Palo policy seems to be in place now. If you book Palo on the first night, you can book an additional night ahead of time. Not sure if this also applies to Remy.
