Ok, just got done absolutely drooling over menus on castawayclub.com. The Master Chef menu, which still sounds good, is the least appealing to me, so I think I'd like to do Palo the last night. Is this generally the toughest night to get reservations for, since a lot of people would want to go when they have the repeat of the restaurant they've already been to?

Thanks!

Haven't done it, but seems that I have heard several times that, yes, on the 4 nite, that last night is the most in demand.

We are planning to be the first in line for Palo reservations, and HOPE to get an early seating on that last night! Hope it works out.

I am with you, I really do want to go to Palo on that last night. It just seems perfect to do that after a relaxing day at sea, and not after a long day ashore. Perfect way to end the cruise!

Palo any night is good. My DH was so anxious just to get ressies, that he took the first suggestion, which was the third night, without thinking. That meant we missed Triton's. I would have rather missed Parrot Cay or our second night at Animators. With kids though, we wanted to eat our last dinner together, so I guess it worked out okay.

first of all, hope you enjoy Palo whatever night you get.

Am surprised someone did not mention 'double-dipping'. Make a late ressie at Palo and enjoy drinks or desert at your assigned dining room.

our favorite has been Nassau as late as possible - were able to see the city lights....very romantic.
