We will be going on our first Disney cruise next May on the Wonder! Yay!! It will be around my birthday so I think it would be nice to do something special. I was thinking Palo brunch since dinner just doesn't look good to me as a picky eater. So my question is if you have had Palo brunch what did you like about it and is it worth a try?

Also I was thinking of maybe trying a pedicure at the spa so any feedback on the spa would be great too! :)

The best meal of my cruise was on the Wonder, November 2014. We came into Palo for brunch, our waiter was incredible, the buffet was top-class, they had crab legs, cheeses, beautiful deserts, Complimentary glass of champagne, Salmon, Ahi tuna.....omg I could go on forever.

Then they have a kitchen where you can order and try whatever you want. I had the most incredible Chicken Parm.....my wife had Oysters rockafella. Absolutely to die for. Best meal on the cruise for us, well worth the additional charge.

Love Palo Brunch!!! There are so many choices that its really impossible to try all the different items. We've already seen some good suggestions here, but the fun part is that you'll likely discover a favorite of your own.

You might want to read the Palo review I did for FoodieTales, which covers both brunch and dinner so you can see what the differences are in these two dining experiences. Just look for the link in my Sig below.

I actually don't particularly love the buffet at the Palo brunch. It's ok but nothing special. However, I love basically everything on the hot bar especially the eggs Benedict, the margarita pizza, the mushroom tortellini.... And I love the strawberry soup.

Yum. Now I'm hungry.

Wow you guys are making me hungry now! I will definitely check out your review OKW Lover!!

Love the pictures PrincessShmoo!

:thanks: All!!!

Whenever I read any trip reports of Palo brunch with pictures, I'm always left wondering "how on EARTH did they eat (4/5/6) entire plates of food?".

So I guess it must be pretty good. :)

To counter that, I go twice so I found not have to eat it all first time! ( for those who will ask concierge fix it for you).

I have a pretty big appetite, but I am a breakfast eater....no way I can make it to our 10 am ressie without eating something ahead of time. My thought is fitness center at 6:30 am for a run, breakfast at 6 am as soon as Cabanas opens at 7:30, then maybe go back for another mid morning run or something so I am hungry again.

Does a 12:30 reservation leave enough time for complete enjoyment of brunch? Are items cleared prior to 2pm?

If a picky eater can't find something they like at the Palo Brunch, I don't know how you find something you like at home. In other words, there is lots of yummy things to choose from at Palo. Love there brunch.

We LOVE brunch at Palo's! As other's have noted, there is a wonderful selection of items to choose from. The eggs benedict were the best I have ever had. Service was amazing...it is just a real treat all away around. My daughter and I prefer brunch to the dinner, my husband loves each equally. Awesome experience.

The first thing we always reserve when we can is Palo Brunch. Absolutely amazing! My favorite is the sticky buns. Sooo good.

I'm the opposite, in that I don't get hungry at all till about 11am, so I booked (I believe) the latest brunch time slot they would give me, 12:30, to try to be nice and hungry. :)

EDIT: Speaking of which, I'm going to throw in a question here. Concierge booked all my adult dining, and the reservations all show my name only, not my boyfriend's too, even though he appears on our cabana reservation. I emailed them about this and they said it was normal. Am I definitely not going to arrive at a table for one? :)

I try to stave myself before or have a lay in to 9am
