I've been looking at recent menus for Palo on the DCL web site, and from May cruises. It looks like the filet is no longer on the Palo menu. Since we rate the calamari, filet, risotto, and chocolate filet at Palo as the best meal we have ever had, we were so looking forward to a repeat. Is it really gone? Diana

The Palo menu changes frequently, sometmes the filet is offered and other times it is not. Don't despair, I'm sure it will be back. :)

We cruised in May and it was not on the menu, but we requested it. Our wonderful waiter told us it was always available even if it wasn't listed. Hope this makes you happy!:bounce: :bounce:

Did you mean chocolate soufflé?

If so, that dessert is still on the menu - yummy!

I would *highly* recommend the lasagna. It was listed as a "special" when we were there a few weeks ago... it was to die for! It is indescribable. I may not ever eat lasagna again, as I've had the best. :p

When we ate at Palo in May it was not on the menu, but our waitress told us about it. I had it with blue cheese and it was fantastic. We also had the chocolate soufflé. That was wonderful too.
