Update: Happy to share that I got brunch on the Nassau day plus I was also able to book the chocolate and liquor tasting on our day at sea and the champagne tasting on embarking day. :mickeyjum

Trying to decide if I want to (hopefully) book brunch at Palo on our Day at Sea or on our Nassau day.
DH and I have done Nassau and if anything, we might just want to get off the ship in the morning and stroll around for a bit, but no beach and no excursions.

Do you think one day will be easier than the other to book this?

Thank you.

I don't have any inside info but my guess would be Nassau Day might be easier as some people will want to get off the ship.

With that said, I prefer Nassau Day. My thought process is it's easier to get a lounge chair after brunch if some people are off the ship. On the sea day I want to be up on deck bright and early to claim my spot. By noon on a sea day, getting a spot isn't as easy.

You can always try on embarkation day. I've always been able to get *something* at Palo (even if it wasn't my preferred time/day) regardless of CC status.

A lot of people treat Nassau as a glorified sea day, but there will still be people who get off (like you). I'd try Nassau since on a sea day obviously no one is getting off the ship lol

Not sure you will get a choice (or option at all) unless you are concierge or gold tier or higher.

It's all going to depend on the mix of cruisers, but as one data point, we easily got brunch on the Nassau day as silver (I think I booked it shortly after 2 AM ET when the silver window opened) on our Wish cruise last year (Feb 26-Mar 1 2024). I think the sea day brunch was sold out on silver booking day.

Theyll be about equal in terms of difficulty to get, but Nassau might be slightly easier

Both Nassau Day and the Sea Day were available for Gold booking at midnight today for the 8/25 Wish cruise. I chose Nassau day.

I got Palo on our very first cruise without any status. I am silver now and going to try as soon as my window opens. And if I don't get it at first, I will just keep trying. Thanks, everyone.
