I agree with Michelemouse - the brunch is a "do not miss". First of all, it's daylight so you can actually see the spectacular view, the food is amazing, and you don't have to miss out on any meals in the regular dining room. Aside from the chocolate souflee at dinner, the meal wasn't any better than in the main dining rooms. If you want to try the souflee (it's incredible!!), you can go to the bar at Palo any evening and order one... you don't have to have dinner there.
