Do they offer the chocolate Souffle at Palo Brunch or is it only at dinner? I also thought I heard you can ask your waiter for one at your normal rotational dining. Is that true?

Only available at dinner. There was a time when there was a little more flexibility with things from Palo. All cuurent reports say no go on anything away from your regular meal.
When I was there in August, they were starting to offer an Amaretto one, it was awesome! The main dining rooms also offer a chocolate soufflé one night too…
That's the first I've heard of this. Which MDR? I know there's the Gran Marnier souffle on the MDR menus but I haven't seen a chocolate one in any of the MDRs.

I have argue recollections of a "bittersweet chocolate souffle" (though that might just be from HAL and RCCL...not 100%), but it's NOT the same as the one in Palo.

Yeah, I know RCCL and HAL have a "Bittersweet Chocolate Souffle" - I've tried both (prior to being gluten-free) and my response was always "Yeah...that's bittersweet for sure."
1. Chocolate souffle is offered at Palo during the evening (dinner) meal. It is a wonderful desert with quite a following, and reserved for that special setting and time.
2. If you want a chocolate shuffle at lunch, or in the MDR, or from from service, see rule 1
3. If it is a very special occasion in the MDR and you will give several days advance notice, see rule 1
4. ......
See where this is going? Relish what DCL has to offer in the different venues, and respect their different food offerings for each venue and time.

There is an AWESOME 'hot chocolate pudding' that is like a warm chocolate lava cake we had for lunch one day at Tritons on the Wonder this past summer, hands down BEST dessert I had on the ship.
