Palo cancellation policy

What is the cancellation policy for Palo? Thanks!

Written policy in DCL literature is that you must cancel 24 hours before the meal or you will be charged the $15 fee. However, there is a sign posted in Palo that says if you cancel by 2 pm for dinner that evening you will not be charged. This is basically what is enforced.

Then there is the other variation--they maintain a wait list. If you cancel and your spot can be taken by someone on the wait list you will not be charged.
