Palo Brunch on EBTA

So, we just booked the EBTA for May 2019 and since there are so many sea days... I was just wondering if Palo Brunch would be offered for every single sea day?

Pre-cruise you can book only one brunch. Once onboard, you can book additional times, as long as they are available. Often on these long cruises, people have been able to dine at Palo multiple times.

My first thought when booking the EBTA was yay! Palo brunch 6x! lol

On the just-completed EBTA, we booked a Palo brunch and a Palo dinner in advance. At the time of our dinner (which came earlier in the cruise than our brunch), we were offered the opportunity to book additional times where space was available. The only meal that was definitely no longer available to book was the brunch on the last sea day (sailing between Ponta Delgada and Lisbon). That was the the brunch we had already booked.
