It's the same dress code but people do tend to dress a little more casually. Men are fine with khakis and a polo shirt for brunch. At dinner, men would tend to wear dress pants and a dress shirt. At brunch, I wore a maxi dress and cardigan with dress sandals. At dinner, I wore a less casual dress, pantyhose and heels.
In mine experience, slightly less than diner. Still no jeans, capri or tanktops but with a nice blouse, no tie or jacket needed.
Enjoy your brunch, It is great.
Yes - DD is usually cold, and found the MDRs and Palo to be a bit too cool for her taste, so she always wore warm clothes or carried a sweater/wrap just in case. For brunch, though, it hasn't seemed as cool (I guess the sun helps warm it), so the option of a sweater is probably best.
For a man. For dinner. I'm trying to find a balance between a shoe that I can actually wear for the duration of the trip (five week honeymoon) with something that is suitable for Palo. Some helpful posters previously advised that the following shoes would be suitable for Palo:

Well, for dinner, I think the first ones you linked to seem a little too much like a running shoe in the uppers. The second link, while the sole part of that shoe looks like a running shoe, the upper seems more like a dress shoe.
A fine point, however. I think, at night with a pair of dark pants (maybe a bit long) the first pair would work.
