So our booking window open yesterday and it was sold out at Midnight, Dad called yesterday morning and asked if it was sold out and or not and now we have Palo Brunch booked, but reservations are separate on app it looks.

Has anyone had this happen before. Should I assume we are booked together, but since wasn’t online we are apart if that makes sense

After you're onboard, just stop by Palo and explain that that you have 2 reservations but would like to be seated together. Since all tables sit at least 2 people, this shouldn't be a problem (and combining you will allow Palo to potentially accept another reservation, if they have the staff).

You are definitely separate - which is so odd. When I look at our Palo reservation for June it says (all in one box):

Palo Brunch
Day 2
Duration
Guests: Calantha
Calantha's Husband

That’s usually what it is for us, but I’ll do what the other person above said. I’m sure it will be worked out.

We have one Gold Castaway Club member and several Platinum Castaway Club members. We always book separately because of the different booking windows, then we ask Palo to combine once we are on board. Has never been a problem. One time they had already done it for us.

Did you all have the same reservation time? We have a gold, silver, and no castaway club members. We each have dining reservations (10:30, 11:30, and 12:30) and hoped they could accommodate us all at 10:30.
