I tried booking online for Palo but it won't let me book for more then one night. Does anyone know how that can be done?

You should be able to book one dinner, one brunch and one tea at Palo. You are not allowed more than that per cabin.

I am on the aug repo and it still says that i am not allowed to make reservations. What am I Doing wrong.

I think you also have tobe paid in full.

That wasn't the case for the May repo, but they may have that fixed by now. Some people were able to book for 5-6 and others only had the option for 1-2 people. Weird system.

You may book 1 reservation with up to 6 people. On the (I believe) 1st page for reservation once you go to make reservations, it says on the top how many are in your party. You need to enter either 1-2, 3-4 or 5-6. You can't go in the times and get reservations for 2 people each time.. won't let you, plus I think that way you'd have 3 tables for 2 instead of 1 table for 6. Hope I didn't confuse you!! Good luck. You have to make sure that your castaway club number is part of your account on the DCL system. Many were not and we had to add them in manually. Once that is in the system you should be able to book online but they are having tons of issues with their system so it may be down at any given time (also we tried a bunch of different browsers to get it to work).

We booked our cruise with Costco, will we still be able to book Palo ahead of time?

thanks
Judy

As far as I can tell you do not have to be booked through DCL to make the reservations online at DCL's website.

We are booked through DU and I can pull up our reservation on DCL's site well enough and go to the section to make reservations. Our crulise is more than 90 days however, so I cannot make reservation at this time.

You do have to have yoru DCL reservation number, date of birth, and I'm pretty sure you have to be registered on DCL's website. But, everyone that actively reads this discussion board is registered on DCL's site aren't they? :)

Judy, we too booked through Costco and had no problem booking everything online. You do, however, have to be paid in full in order to make any reservations and as others have mentioned if you are trying to do it 90 days out be sure your Castaway number is in your profile.
