Palo After Dinner Drink

Hi Everyone,

My family is going through a major Disney Depression. Yes, our next trip is in the works...It's not working...
One thing that my husband and I loved was the after dinner drink in Palo. It had apple brandy in it and it was amazing. Does anyone have this recipe? All of the searches I did came up with nada.

Any help greatly appreciated!

I don't have the exact proportions, but it's lemon sorbetto, apple brandy blended together then topped with prosecco.

This is a start. I am sure their proportions are huge b/c they make it in a blender and you only get 1/2 a shot...Thank you!

We just got off the Treasure and enjoyed this drink at the end of our Palo dinner. It was apple brandy blended with lemon raspberry sorbet then topped with prosecco!

Of course, the PG version is minus the prosecco and apple brandy…
