Palms Hotel and Villas

Has anyone stayed here recently? We are planning a trip to The World in two weeks and the rates are good. Looking for a very clean place and hopefully won't hear the neighbors next door.

We've stayed there multiple times (some when it was still Homewood Suites) and we're staying there again next month. It is newly remodeled and we enjoy it very much. The free breakfast saves us a ton of money. Some of the buildings are near I4 so, if the traffic noise would bother you, you can try to request one away from the road.

I found a rate of $59 and I thought for sure that this place is a dump; I also read mixed reviews on Tripadvisor so that is why I am a little uptight.
