That's what it is. It was taken at "Star Trek: The Experience" at the Hilton in Vegas. Quark's Bar. Of course that is not there anymore.

I'm another one that hasn't watched in years but I also loved his character - Palmer. Opal and him were so fun to watch back then. RIP
