We're having dinner here next week for the 1st time. My family's big on bread with dinner. Is it automatically served or do we need to order it? Considering that most everything is a la carte, I'm guessing we may need to order it. I hate going to restaurants & waiting for bread. Then by the time we realize we needed to order it, our appetizer arrives.
