I need to fax the copy of my credit card account that it was taken from and they will then send me another she says. I pulled up my post from the DIS boards to tell her the exact date/time I ordered. Quick question though...........can you turn the Pal Mickey off?? Or does it continiously talk throughout the park??

We got ours this week. It has an off/on switch so you can turn it off.

They are pretty cool. My daughter loves hers and its all i can do to keep her out of the Disney box and leave it alone.

Don't think so. Mine was in the off position and he still worked.

He will still play a few games and such (demo mode), but he has to be in the on position to get updates in the parks.

He is in demo mode. Turn the button on and then off to get your pal out of demo mode.

If you forget to have it on and facing forward when you enter the parks then take him to guest relations.

Got mine last week! they're so cute! my 6 year old was trying to figure out what was in the box... - what do you mean"if he;s not on when you enter the park- take him to guest relations"? does it have to be on while entering park? or can it be turned on whenever through the day to hear stuff? anyone with experience here?just want to get it right, seem like supermom

They still have them - I just ordered one! Total was $22.94 with shipping. I'm going to give it to my niece for her first trip in December as an early Christmas present.

The very nice woman I spoke with said that due to the overwhelming demand, Disney is now directly shipping them out. She said it would be upwards of 4 weeks before I got it, but did say she thought it would arrive sooner.

FYI---I ordered mine Monday afternoon and they arrived UPS today.........quick service!! Haven't tested them out to see if they work, hope they do!!
