What is Pal Mickey? How does it work? How much does it cost? This is our first trip and I don't know many of the details except the info I've found on the internet and I can't find anything about Pal Mickey!

Hiya . we bought a pal mickey for our little girl last year. when you are in the parks it will buzz and tell you when parades are starting and tell you tips about the park area you are in.

Thats awesome... do you remember the price?

I recall it being in the $75 range, but it's a one-time purchase. On future trips, Mickey updates!

I've had mine for over a year now, and still take him out to play when the kids aren't looking!

He can get annoying, however, when he gets stuck in reminder mode! While waiting for the fireworks, he'll say something like, "I hear the line is short for Space Mountain, why don't we head on over." Nice idea, but after the fifth or sixth time, you just want to say, "Shut up, Mickey!"

What about if I tried to find one on eBay? As long as it's in working order it should be useable, right?

We bought one for our recent trip from Ebay. It was in perfect condition and worked very well. It was the special edition one. As for what is Pal Mickey, he is an interactive stuffed animal. He vibrates when he has something to say inside the parks. You can wear him on your belt loop or around your neck. He tells you abouth different things on the park you are in. We thought he was adorable and carried him with us the entire time. When you are not in WDW he plays games 3 different ones I think. I think Pal Mickey was 65.00 to 75.00 inside the parks.

How big is he? Is he a big stuffed animal that we would have to cart around? We have to kids (3 and 1). It sounds like it might be entertaining for the kids but I'm thinking maybe we don't need more stuff.

I was thinking the same thing. Our son is 2 1/2 and not sure I want to add another thing to carry around with us. I was wondering at what age your child got a lot use out of Pal Mickey. I am thinking my son might be to young for it.
