We have the older version of pal Mickey. Brought him down on our October trip and all he did was vibrate all the time. We had to turn him off to get him to stop. Turn him on again and he would vibrate all the time and not say anything when you press him.

Now I didn't think about it at the time but could it be just that he needed new batteries or is it something more complex like needing an update??

And if he does, how and where do you go about getting one??

I think it is probably the batteries. Our Pal Mickey will do things like that when his batteries are dying.

I would get new batteries for him and if that doesn't work, I would go to one of the gift shops and maybe they could re-program him if needed. ::MickeyMo

Thanks, I didn't even think about batteries until we got home - duh!

Mine was doing the same thing and I took him to guest services for a check up. Turns out the cure was new batteries.
