There are a couple of different sizes of tees that fit the Pal Mickey. I bought from a couple different places and the information below is the places I liked best. To buy locally, check out Michael's, A.C. Moore & JoAnne's.
The larger ones fit over his head but are kind of large. These are the style I bought for the travelin' pals. I like these (especially if little ones are going to be dressing him) but I roll them up at the bottom. Here are some pictures of the large tee. I purchased these at http://adollysworld.com/teddy_bear_shirts.html. They are the Style A t-shirts in the listing. The other advantage to the large tees is that they fit small build-a-bears as well so Pal Mickey can share with other stuffy's in the family.
The measurements on the large tee are:
Neck to hem is 5-1/2"
Side to side is 6"
Neck opening is 10" (all the way around)
Large tshirt from A Dolly's World
Large tshirt folded up from A Dolly's World
Large tshirt on a 12" build-a-bear
The small tees fit him better. However, they have to go on feet first and can be quite tight around his bottom. It then is kind of hard getting his hands inside his shirt and then inside the sleeves. However, they look dressier on him. Here is a picture. I purchased these from http://www.allstitch.net/s_bear_clothes.html. There are a lot more color offerings in this style as well.
The measurements on the small tee and sweatshirt are:
Neck to hem is 3-1/2"
Side to side is 5" for tee, 6" for sweatshirt
Neck opening is 7" (all the way around)
Small tee from Allstitch LLC
I also got him a small sweatshirt from the same place as the tees. The hood won't go on over his ears but they look quite cute on him as well. Same problem with getting them on as the small tees.

I also got a pair of blue jean shorts (pants) for him from A Dolly's World. Here's a picture of those.
