But I think the storage for DCA is separate than DL. Because of the bus drop off, Harbor Blvd, and Downtown Disney, the two backstage areas don't connect (at least above ground; there are probably tunnels underneath). Here is a mock-up of the areas:

Disneyland has a lot of area to store things behind Toontown. Some of that got removed with Star Wars land, but still considerably more than DCA. DCA just has a small area behind the Hyperion and another area behind California Screamin. PTN is a pretty big parade, so I don't know if they'd have space for both PTN and PPP.

I think I see what you're saying. You're saying they might not have room at DCA for 2 parades. I was commenting on whether they have room for 2 parades at DL.

To further complicate things at DCA, they also have to store the Viva Navidad floats (although much shorter). I know when we stayed at PPH a couple years ago we watched those floats come out after hours every night practicing for the upcoming holiday season.

Yup! Looks like we totally misunderstood each other

I totally think each park can have a parade. And Disney definitely has room for both a day and night parade. But DCA probably just has room for one. PTN also has to be stored in a location that will let it make the turns to get onto the parade route (I think the Frozen float is too long for sharp turns). And I didn't even think about Feliz Navidad!
