So carefully that you've used 'likely' to describe something that, from what I read, is actually doubtful. I hope I'm wrong about that!

Just going by what I have been told and have read, the reality is none of us know for sure, but as I said, it is likely to open during Halloween Time, perhaps not at the beginning, as they are starting way too early this year.

I know that this is all pure speculation, but I could almost see them deciding to hold off on delaying a Halloween version of WoC until next year regardless of when WoC is ready to return. At this point, they've already missed on including it for much of the HalloweenTime promo material. If they wait until next year (2019), they could use it as a "draw" to DCA as they try to handle the crowds from Star Wars Land. "Come see the all new World of Color - Villainous"...and by extension, not be in Star Wars Land or Disneyland at night time!

I don’t think they will. They already have the Christmas parade over there.

It left sometime in 2016, then made a return in November that year for a short run.

Rumors are rampant. But the damage is pretty well known. Last I heard, they are hoping to have it up by Thanksgiving, or even Christmas, to have a nights draw for crowds the 2 weeks of Christmas. And they don't sound positive. I would LOVE for it to be up for Halloween! But I am also realistic.

I used to want PTN to return to DL but would love Christmas Fantasy to run at night even more now.
