I'm hoping someone here can help me, since I know some of you use this product. I am using Paint Shop Pro 10.03.
Today, in the middle of editing some photos, I suddenly get an error box
and then the OK button. However, when I click on OK the image opens and it's either all black, or vertical lines of various colors.
All of these photos have been opened and edited in PSP before. Some were created just yesterday, when I scanned them in using PSP. I can see all the images in the Browser window, and they open in another program. As far as I know, I didn't change anything, and things were just fine until about an hour ago.
Any ideas?
