Paid off our August cruise today. A little over two weeks until we can check in. I hate to wish my summer away but.... come on August!

Our final payment for our August sailing will be due next week. I know the payment will just be charged to our CC on file, but anything that we can/need to do? Will I now be able to book onboard activities and port excursions? I also thought that is when I should purchase travel insurance.

I'm pretty sure you have to initiate the payment. It's not an auto-charge thing.

As far as activity booking, that opens at Midnight Eastern on the date listed on your cruise page on the DCL website.

Congrats! We have an October cruise. We can not wait to go but we want a nice leisurely summer.

We are still paying ours off. It is such a nice feeling when it is done.

I had called before our last cruise and was told that if I wanted to buy Disney's travel insurance then I had to buy it before my PIF date. I don't remember how far in advance it had to be bought, I think it was just 3 or 4 days.
