Our's is here!!! I got here (to FILs' house) on Friday, and it was here! I love the luggage tags, they're AWESOME! Oh, I can't wait to go!!

from my experience you will recieve your package 30 days before you leave. thats what i was told and it usuallt rings true..good luck i'm sure u will get yor package about 30 days before

This isn't true... My package came about 20 days before we are supposed to leave, and when I called to check on it, the CM on the phone told me that they usually ship it out 21 days (or 3 weeks) before your trip...

I'm using dream unlimited, so I doubt I can call disney direct. If I don't get it today, I'll email my travel agent! But, 17 days out, 17 is my lucky number, so I bet I get it today!!

You may be able to call your TA at Dreams Unlimited and ask them. If they don't know, I would try calling Disney! GOOD LUCK! I hope it comes!

Wow... I feel for you. I would be so upset right now and thinking about where it was. If you don't get an answer back I would call Disney and see if you can look on it. Hopefully it's sent to you tomorrow and you will have good news to tell us out here.

I just asked my TA and my package is going in the mail tomorrow. Our package starts July 11...so here's to everyone else that your stuff will show up soon.

(We have a room only on July 10 but I assume room only's don't get anything, so I'm basing everything on July 11.)

The TA called disney and they said that their mail was backed up, and to call back monday if it wasn't here yet. But, it will have to be sent to them, then they will have to send it to me. So, I am just going to stop looking for it because I doubt it is going to even make it hear. I think it is rediculous of disney to say that their mail room is backed up, when I know from this thread that people going AFTER me already have their stuff.

Nope, it hasn't come. My TA called disney again and they said that it was sent out in late may (which is different from when they told her that they were behind in the mail room). They are resending it, but since we are using a Travel agent, disney will only send the package to them. Then she will send it to us. I doubt that it is going to make it in time, especially with the holiday weekend and no mail on monday.

I'm not going as soon as ya'll are, but I feel your anxiousness...I'd, likewise, be freaking out, calling, whatever! LOL!

I called CRO yesterday bcause I wondered if we were getting the castle luggae tag things (I read about them in a different thread). We paid in full at the begining of June, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. So I nicely asked, and the man was really nice and really helpful. I was happy b/c the last couple of women I talked to weren't so nice.

Anyway, he told me that the castle luggage tags would not be sent until July 7th because that is the 45 day mark for me. He told me they dont send the castle tags until at least this date because people can still cancel without penalty. So the earliest they would be sent out is July 7th, but maybe not till a week or so later. Our trip isnt until August 21 - 28 so we have time.

He also told me that the ME tags wont be sent out until 21 days out, so around Aug 1st for us. I had heard most people were getting them around 14 days out though so either way is great.

Just thought I would share what he told me, hope it helps someone!
