Page selection

Not sure if it’s different on a computer, but on my phone the page number selection is only at the bottom. It’s a nuisance.
Would be nice to have that feature at the top as well.

My work-around... turn your phone horizontal and the page numbers appear. Then I turn it back vertical to read.

Still wish the numbers were at the top though without the gymnastics.
