Does anyone know when Paddlefish will open at Disney Springs?

They had their last Job Fair for hiring Dec 6th and 9th. Their facebook says they are opening in January.

Walking by a couple of days ago it looks quite bare inside - drywall, ladders, construction zone. January seems optimistic.

1) Announced in Sentinel newspaper today (12/16/16), they WILL NOT open for Christmas.
2) No anticipated date(s) listed, although Facebook page simply says "January".

...and at this stage? Just a personal opinion: Paddlefish has lost all credibility regarding an "opening date".

It exists when you can book a reservation, and the reservation is honored.

1) Alas, keeping rehab schedule dates at WDW seem is thing of the past.
2) The Public Relations Department is working overtime to keep making excuses.
3) At least, these folks are almost guaranteed looking at permanent employment.
4) Probably until WDW slows or stops hiring so many outside contractors and engineers.

NOTE: Microsoft and others make some really good Software to plan-follow-execute projects. (I have built $95-million manufacturing facilities in five countries and brought them in ON-TIME and within budget.) Maybe Bill Gates should talk to Iger and Company. I admit that technical issues/effects need to be handled by experts and not some of the contractors WDW has hired. But, jobs like rehab and remodeling are not that difficult to plan and timing should be managed far better.
