That menu actually looks a little interesting. I've been so disappointed with some of the WDW seafood restaurants that were like Red Lobster or some other crappy chain restaurant. Charred Octopus and Hamachi always get my attention.
Also, I don't do dining plans, but I have noticed the upcharges at Monsiuer Paul. Sorry, I don't remember specifics.
I just answered this exact comment by you in another thread. As many here of already stated, I too do not find it unaffordable. If it is outside of your comfort zone there are lots of other choices for you at DS.
Good Luck
Not sure if it will be on the dining plan. While it's listed on the Disney website as " fine/signature dining"- it also states in the right hard corner

Dining Plans Not Accepted
Anyone have more info or insight on this or is it just a wait and see ....
I have noticed that all the restaurants state "Dining Plans Not Accepted" when they first open. Based on the Paddlefish menu they will be on the plan, they specifically show upcharges for some items when your using the plan. The question is how soon after opening will they beginning accepting the plan.
Think if I tell them ".market" has been as low as $2.99/lb here on the Maine coast in the last few years, they'll honor my price?? It's cheaper than steak!!!
It looks simply lovely, but DH does not eat anything seafood, and the "land-lubbers" options aren't enough to draw us in as we can find those entrees many other places for far less. That's why I love this new Disney Springs...something for everyone.
