There may already be a thread.....Is there any info on the podcast team. Who they are, how they came to do this. Just curious!

I don't believe there is a thread...but the best thing you could do to hear their history is to check out the anniversary show in the archives...:)

I have a old picture of them with Bob, and without Walter and everyone else after Walter.

I am not going to post it for I would be afraid of the consequences

The 10th anniversary show in the podcast archives will pretty much sum up everything you need to know about the podcast team. You'll also get to hear about Bob, our beloved podcaster who passed earlier this year.

everyone comes to the show from semi varied backgrounds... the core team are dedicated since they moved to Orlando to be closer to WDW. John is somewhat shy and reclusive, but loves hugs from random strangers. Kevin is the spitting image of Gerard Depardeau. Both are very tall. Julie and Corey (the "e" is important) look like they just stepped off the cover of J. Crew. Corey did the college intern thing and was a life guard... Julie was a model in Europe and speaks several languages including African Clicking and several dialects of Portuguese. Pete was a chipendales dancer for many years, till his back gave out during a lapdance for Oprah, but this was before she was Oprah and he was Pete. Kathy wrote and produced the Pop Hit "Safety Dance" that was performed by Men with out Hats (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcOZ6xFxJqg) before settling in Orlando. Due to the extraordinary restraining order, she cannot go with in 100 miles of Donald Trump. Walter was an acrobat in the circus and also was the strong man in the side show. This has lead to a phobic fear of clowns though he still sports washboard abs of steel, You may have seen him in a recent commercial for the Thighmaster.

You can google up some pics of some of them depending on the weather and how much change you have in your pocket.

Rex, you are a riot. Look forward to meeting you in Dec.

But, isn't it Regina who's deathly afraid of clowns? Speaking of which...where has momma Reg been? Haven't heard from here in a while. Hope all is well

Reminder to self, don't read Rex's posts while drinking hot tea. It burns coming out of your nose.
