I very much appreciate all the input. The sewage smell is what has me worried rather than normal digestion. I like the idea of a Yankee Candle one. I too am the proud owner of many BBB coupons.

We always bring bug spray with DEET, on the advice of our travel dr. who doesn't want us visiting any of the southern states, Mexico, the Bahamas or the Caribbean without bug spray. (Other places as well, but these are the places we visit most often). Since I am one of the people who seems to attract all biting bugs, I constantly use bug spray.

If you are worried about bugs, just get some Avon Skin So Soft lotion, kill two birds with one stone, you moisturize AND keep the bugs away!
My hubby has Crohn's Disease and even with that, we didn't bring any air fresheners, just closed the bathroom door up nice and tight....
Poo Pourri is FANTASTIC! We've had it for quite some time now, the Atomic one is our favorite scent.
