I came across a really good one on the Canadian Airport Security website.

Its called PREP & FLY. It gives a a comprehensive list to ensure you don’t forget anything. It sorts them by categories and it has flags for things that are restricted or have to be placed in either carry-on or checked bags. You can then print it or email it.
