Packing list 3 places 3 kids

Here's the plan...
DSIL & I are taking the kids DS8, DS7 and DS 10months to:

Vero Beach for 2 days
WDW for 3 days
USF for 5 days

Oh and did I mention we're driving which is around 20 hours

The older kids are pretty easy to pack for but I am really trying to think of the best/most efficient things to take for the baby.

DH tells me in emails (he's in Iraq) that I'm nuts to attempt this but I think its doable, dont you?
Just good planning/packing....right???
