We head down on the 31st for a little 4 night vacation and will be staying for the first time at BCV.

We've never been down there this time of year, since we tyically go in October. Not sure of what to expect in terms of weather, or what to pack! Any advice would be great!

Go to www.weatherunderground.com and enter the zip code for LBV in the search dialog at the top of the home page. If you poke around a bit, it will give you the weather predictions for the next 10 days or so, and I have found them to be pretty darn accurate.

We'll we just got back and it was cold 50's daytime and 40's night. We were there from 12/16 to 12/23, take layers!

Last January, it was in the 80's during the day and 50's at night. The year before, it was very cold at night, like 30's and 50's during the day.

We were just there 12/10 thru 12/17 and only had one or two days hit very low 70's.....the other days were low 60's and very breezy. As soon as the sun went down, it got very chilly. However, we were there last winter from New Years Day until 1/9/05 and the temp was in the 80's every day and quite warm. Evenings were high 50's and low 60's. So, you really do have to check the 10 day forecast right before you leave and sort of use that as a gauge.
