Hi, I have four small children and we have been at WDW six times. I like to have all under control and spent the less time dressing and preparing our children to go out every morning.

I also like to have them dressed with perfectly matched clothes to look great on pictures. So, after our second visit to WDW and after see that looking for the blouse that matches with those pants inside that big baggage has taking us alot of time, I decided to make something that has worked for us during our following trips:

While I am packing I get the outfit for each day for each children and put it in a plastic bag all together: socks and underwear for that day (one plastic bag for each day), and as I have twins and like to dress them with same colors I write on the bag the specific day we will use it (monday, tuesday, etc.).

So, when we arrive to the hotel I just take out packages put in on the drawers. Then each morning dressing kids is as easy as only give to each kid the package with the clothes he will use that day and voilá!!!

I hope this tip can help families like mine with many young children to simplify vacations!!!

Don't forget to through in the hair elastics also. I also pack baby food in separate bags for each meal with a bib and spoon.

OK, so what do you do if you go in Dec. and the weather is variable. Some days may be long pants, some capri's and some shorts. Any suggestions on packing for a Dec. trip? I'm figuring long sleeves under short sleeves so if it's warm we can loose the long sleeves. If it's chilly, we can throw a sweatshirt on. Then there are pants vs. shorts vs. capri's for my daughter. So many choices, so little packing space! :confused3

why do people insiste on dressing twins alike, every adult twin i know hates looking at pics like that...

It makes life easier (mine are not twins, but they are so very close in age) and if they are all dressed alike, you can keep up with everyone easier. I don't care what they might say when they are adults and they look at the photos, it works for me now, and I am the mother!! They can choose their own clothes when they are older.

That's exactly why I do it. My boys are 15 months apart and it's easier for me to pick them out in a crowded play area, I just look for the same shirt twice ;)
