Packing for Dec Cruise

We are spending 1 day before our cruise and 2 days after our cruise at WDW. I am trying to decide how to pack and how not to over-pack. What will the weather be like? We are going Dec 4-11. We were at WDW the same time period 2 years ago and it was on the cold side and rained alot. We need sweatshirts and pants especially at night and during the day some days. I am guessing I will need to pack items for warm days on the cruise but also plan for chilly nights at WDW. Any suggestions?

Also, is there a list of items somewhere to be sure to pack.

We did 3 days at the park before our cruise last year and will be there 3 days this year. I packed for 2 seperate trips and it worked out well for us. For the park I packed some clothes for cooler weather along with a couple warmer outfits just in case. We left those in the car at the port. The cruise suitcases had mostly shorts & lighter clothes along with 2 cooler weather outfits. I didn't HAVE to worry about doing laundry this way & it was easier to just grab our cruise cases & go. Leaving your WDW clothes in the car will let you have clean clothes for your trip after the cruise too so you wont have to do laundry on the ship.
