PHOTOBUCKET REQUEST

Hey guy and gals! I was just looking for some design ideas in the photobucket account. But, a lot of the outfits that have been uploaded there aren't tagged, so it's hard to find them.

If you've uploaded pictures to the photobucket account, could you tag your pictures so they go into the different categories (character, pattern, design, etc...)?

Thanks!!!

It DOES feel GREAT to do something for someone else. HeatherN is SO GRATEFFUL too! I told HeatherSue that I feel like a custom fairy! Going around sprinkling custom pixie dust! It's really great! Thanks so much for having such a great idea and carrying out the plan!
I know EXACTLY what you mean. Alicia is very grateful as well and I think maybe in a little bit of a shock still at what we are all doing for her and Isabelle. I like the way you put it about being a custom fairy sprinking custom pixie dust!!! That made me smile!!!:cloud9:

Leighanna is six, and her teeth are just now starting to come out. The other front tooth is a little loose, but I am not going to pull it out.
We went to Cedar Point last week.
Here is a photo with Snoopy in the top I made her for Valentine's Day.
cp07.jpg

She certainly is a cutie!
Oh, and it was FREEZING COLD! So most of our pictures look like this.
We took along her BFF. It got me out of trying to fit into those teeny, itsy, bitsy, weeny, seats in the kids area! Did I say the seats were SMALL! I don't think my knees are supposed to touch my ears when I sit! I don't know how many parents I saw squished into those seats. Not like Disney, where I felt comfortable in any ride I rode!

cp19.jpg

cp09.jpg

My DH has such a hard time fittinginto seats since he is 6'4" he usually just wraps his legs around his head and prays!:rotfl: :rotfl2:

My son just saw the pictures of Snoopy now he wants to go visit Snoopy! he is my little linus blankie and all!

From reading the pre-tr I think the mom is really into scrapbooking, so maybe some Disney scrapbooking supplies?

that is a good idea. Problem is I am a bad scrapbooker and not a great sewer yet. I was thinking maybe making hannah a bracelet but not sure what to make her son. I really don't want him left out. I need to try to think of something. Maybe I can just send him a match box car so he isn't left out?

I made it over (A little late but I made it!!!!!!!!)

Here are a few things I have made that have been keeping me busy

Anyone with an embord. machine-------

Where do you get the cute little applique designs at? I would love to use some!

I have a Belle and Cinderella dress in the works as well as a few others!

OH AND BETH, IF YOU READ THIS, GET ON EARLIER! I am in bed by the time you get one! lol
These are WONDERFUL! Is the Monkey applique? or is it a fabric? My son loves yellow and monkeys! Heck this boy has me looking all over the earth for new yellow Mickey crocs! His are toast but he insists on yellow mickey ones!

I finally made a 4th of July top for DD10--the nice thing about the criss cross pattern is since it goes by measurements, I didn't have to alter the pattern to make it fit my size 12 girl! :cool1:

I actully used a shower curtain purcahsed at Target to make the oputfit. The appliques were already on the fabric and it is nice because the appliqued monkies are washable moleskin and are so cute and soft!

If you make jewelry, maybe you could make him a boyish necklace!

That Jayden is growing up before our eyes! She looks so much older than 10 (not such a good thing, huh mom? ;) ) I love that top, it's SO cute!

I'm gonna have to buy that pattern one of these days.

I love this headband!!!

Thank you!

I think it looks perfect on her the way it is. How was the roundneck pattern? Is it the one from YCMT? I have been debating buying it for a few weeks now. I love the look but am not sure if i could do it. I have the easy fit pants down :cool1: The Carla C aline gave me a little trouble figuring out how to close the final side. But I got it. I tried a commercial pattern and wanted to throw it out the window!! :confused3 I am pretty new to sewing. What did you think?

Linnette

This is so cute!!

Those are all great! I made my DD a dress out of the fabric you used for your DD's 4th dress. She got more compliments on that than anything else I've ever made her-love that fabric!

Love that!!!!

Beautiful!!! She looks so much older.

WOW!!!!! Incredible!:worship:

Cute top! Love the fabric!

I lived in Cuyahoga Falls until I was 18! We went to Cedar Point every year! I miss it so much!

OMG What a strange small world we all live in! Did you graduate from HS there? Ah! I love going up there! I really go for the food!:rotfl2: I love to eat a Parason's and the BK Rootbeer ...the ONLY place I eat Hot Dogs!

We lived in Aurora, OH (where Geauga Lake is and where Sea World used to be) for a year (about 9 years ago). We never made it to Cedar Point though.

We went to Sea World up there right before they closed it, right after we got married. I can remeber being able to see Geauga Lake from the big tank. I can't wait to go!

I have a friend that is leaving for the beach on Saturday and I have decided at the last minute that I wanted to do something for both of her boys to wear. (She has been a great friend to me lately and I want to do something nice for her in return.)

Since they are going to the beach and there is a pirate ship where they are going, I thought about doing an outfit like the one I did Michael:

skulls.jpg

The only problem I have is I don't have enough of the material to make both boys the shorts -- they are age 3.5 and 9 months. Do you think that the shorts would look alright with a leg of the skulls material and then a solid color for the other? Which color would you use -- black, red or white?

Let me know what you think!!!

I would use Black or Red. Boys and white just don't go together for shorts!
It wouldn't take long for them to get stained. There are quite a few outfits on :wizard: Where the legs of the shorts are different fabrics. It looks cute!

Kids today are unreal with their mouths! I am with you never in a million yrs would I have been fresh to an adult! I get that some kids say fresh things hey they are kids BUT to me the important thing if for a parent to teach the what is right and wrong. you know? My DD8 just came out knowing manner and how to be polite then you have my son where everything is a struggle but you know what imo it is my job to make sure he learns manners.
It is funny i can't tell you how many time I have had this conversation with some of my friends. Every time it gets me upset about some parents.
Ok off my soap box now! :rotfl:

No, it's true. It seems we are a lot more casual now and that means the kids feel free to question adults at every turn!

Stephres, I love your Marie outfit and the nightgown. Sorry the neighbor kid is such a stinker.

Thanks!

Here's some more Forth outfits:

I have to hem dds and adjust the back elastic, I think it is a little loose. I also might add a ruffle. I will be doing an applique of some sort on ds shirt.

ry%3D320

I made the shorts and found this shirt a kohls on clearance. It matches pretty good don't you think??

ry%3D320
ry%3D320

I had a ruffle on this but it did NOT look good in fact it was hideous so it gone!! I think I will just hem it. It was the fabric choices that were bad the ruffle was cute.

I also cooked up some curly ribbons so I am hoping to make my first corker bow this week! I am really excited about that and I really don't know why! :confused3 :rotfl2:
I have Wall-e shorts almost done I think I ran out of the elastic I need for the waist, I was sure I bought a bunch but now I can't find it :headache:
I also have to finish a pirate outfit for ds friend for a birthday party on saturday. I guess I better get busy that is sounding like a lot to do now that I am typing it

I love the 4th outfits, great job on them. And the froggy outfit is perfect. And I can see plain as day those are backyardigans on that dress, lol. It's very cute!

Wow, that is awesome! It's really something you don't see every day.

Aww, why do our babies insist on growing up? She is still beautiful, as always.

Looks like the girls had a great time. I wish Megan had a BFF. We just haven't found the right one yet. The good thing about Megan is I can dump her in the middle of a group of kids and she will make several friends within minutes. I do wish she had one good close friend (who is nice, lol).

You are amazing! I am going to have start looks at DH's t-shirts in a whole different way!

I'm going to make a Bullseye themed outfit for Hannah! I have no ideas on a design yet, but that's what I'm making! :rotfl2:

What, you aren't going to make another simba outfit?

I don't know if you are like me, but once I do a couple of the same outfit I can't stand to look at the fabric any more!

I love the pink one made from curtains! That hat is so cute and I just love your daughter's little stinker face.

That looks perfect for her. That's one pattern I would like to try sometime. Very cute results!

I love the new Big Give idea. We are going out of town Saturday, but I hope to contribute in a later one.

This is what I have been up to lately. There were about 6 other things that are at my grandparent's house. I took them to Jenna the other night so she could go ahead and enjoy them.

This is Jenna's Wall-E dress.
S2010146-1.jpg

Her July 4th outfit.
S2010148-1.jpg

A funky outfit that she picked the fabric for.
S2010149-1.jpg

A Minnie Mouse outfit. I can't remember who gave me the Minnie panel, but thanks again.
S2010150-1.jpg

A 4 corners dress.
S2010151-1.jpg

Hannah Montana project that I was working on.
S2010153.jpg

A blue and brown outfit to match some bows she asked me to make for her.
S2010155.jpg

That's it for now. Last week I made her three nightgowns, a brown and pink knit dress, and a cherry outfit. I didn't get any pictures of any of it.

The wall-e dress is great!!!! I LOVE, LOVE the blue and brown outfit!!!

This may be a little bit tacky, and if I offend anyone I truly am sorry. But what make someone elgible to be a receiver in a big give project? :confused3
As most of you know my situation, I feel that my oldest 8 year old daughter may be considered special enough. Just a thought, Im not holding out my hand and begging or anything, but know what we go thru on a daily.

She has been diagnosed; ADHD, has high anxiety, ODD, bi-polar, watched for Aspbergers, she is learning disabled, she has propreoceptive and vistubular delays and sensory issues. She also has mild schitzofrenia (spelling ?). All 4 of my daughters are adopted. We got her at 11 months and she was in a bottle, not walking, not talking, and very sick. She had lived in 13 different places (including outside in November in Michigan, shelters, basements, cars, and apartments), she was in her car seat and thrown across a room, witnessed domestic violence, saw her birth parents hem hem "have relations", and been left alone for days at churches and peoples houses.

We got to a counselors once a week, goto rehab every other week, goto a "peer play group" every other week, see a psychologist every month, a case manager comes to our house once a week, and every 6 months she sees a neurologist to track seizures and the aspburgers syndrome (she has not been diagnosed, however they are watching her for this)

Like I said, I truly am not a begger, and I don't expect anything, just curious really what it would take to grab the attention of you lovely ladies (and man) for the big give project. Please forgive me if you feel offended or if you feel that I am in the wrong, this was never my intentions.

I love the blue and brown outfit. I love those colors together. (also pink and chocolate are nice together) It reminds me of the neck tie skirts.
