Seriously, I AM dying of suspense!!!! I love reading trip reports!!! I could probably spend all day doing it!!! And, unfortunately, sometimes I do!!!
How do you see things like that? I'm always amazed when someone points out some obscure (to me) item in a pic. I guess I need to be more observant.
I think Lydia is the same way, we get magazines every month (actually every other week) that have an eye spy game in them, and Lydia is sooo good at finding those pictures! She beats me every time!
Awww I am so sorry. I know how you feel as I used to feel the same way. That is until we adopted. Once our DD came home I finally realized why I could never get pregnant. I truly believe I was MEANT to be Taylor's Mom. If I had gotten pregnant before then Taylor would never be in my life. I see it now but back when I was dealing with all the infertility issues I didn't understand it and I got pretty down too. It is so hard and very emotional. If you ever need a friend to vent too, let me know!! Here is a hug for you....

I have the second fabric with the actual Mickey Mouse's on it, but I don't know what to put with it.
Also I kept putting off getting that pink and black Mickey fabric at Wal-Mart even though I knew it would be so cute with the pink/black polka dot they carr, and now they clearanced it out and it's gone!!! I called a couple Wal-Marts and no luck their either. From now I'm just buying the entire bolt of anything I like.

Knowing that little girl, yes, her shoes probably are on the wrong feet. She doesn't have the most organized parents and they just had a third baby a month ago and if possible, are even more disorganized. Since I have yet to have my third, I should probably reserve judgement but know that even if she was an only child they would still be on the wrong feet! We are good friends with them but sometimes you just know that even though they love their children it will take a miracle for them all to survive into adulthood!
Oscar is my baby, and he is very handsome (although a mess!). He is about 220 pounds as of Monday when I took him for another checkup at the vet. He doesn't fit on the scale very well so I am never sure how accurate his weight is. Oh, and did I mention he is almost totally blind? So in summary, I have a 220 pound, blind and epileptic dog walking around my house who thinks he belongs in your lap! One of my neighbors says that Oscar fits our personality as a family - I'm not sure if I should be insulted or not
! I actually wouldn't trade him for the world and love him dearly (and my recent vet bills prove it!).

Sounds like David and Barbara! They love their kids dearly, but often don't notice the little things like shoes on the right feet, unbrushed hair, and mismatched clothes! Casey is CONSTANTLY wearing her shoes on the wrong feet! We've told her before that if she thinks she has her shoes on the right feet, she should probably switch them around!
Poor Oscar! I bet he is one happy dog though, despite his troubles!
I just wanted to update you all- they have not found my brothers friend yet!!
And in other sad news- another one of my dh's stepsisters is pregnant and had her dr. appt- they couldn't find the heartbeat and did an ultrasound- the baby was small for the gestation and no heartbeat. She goes in on thursday for more tests, but most likely a miscarriage will occur. She is in mid 30's and they have a had a super hard time getting pg. My MIL & I were just planning her shower yesterday when they were here. They have even looked seriously into adopting from china. They want a child so badly. I know they are both really down. Prayers for them please.
I was praying for your brother's friend just before coming on her. I am so sorry that they have not found him yet.

Oh and on some fun news DH and I have decided to buy a DVC at the new AKL!!!!!! I have to call our rep today and let her know. She is off today and tomorrow but gave me her cell. I just don't want to bother her on her day off so I figured i would leave a message on he work vmail and stop by the Doorway to Dreams location in th emall on Friday when I take the kids to build a bear for their end of the yr from school/good report card gift

last night but didn't see it....
1:45 office calls to tell me the Doc needs to see me b/c of the chest congestion I have and they can't get me in until today at 9:15
laughing: ) I did find one that was $75 which is not much more than I would have paid my doc and got seen by 5:00. She doesn't see the traces of the blisters that have mostly burst so thinks, b/c of my chest congestion that I have a virus NOT strep but as I get it 4-5 times a year she trusts my self diagnosis enough to put me on a course of Amoxil.
