Packages for February?

Sorry if this has been asked recently but I am on my phone and cannot use the search option. When do packages for February normally get released? I want to start paying off our trip so money does not get spent elsewhere this summer and was wondering when these packages get released. :] also, if a room were to end up with a discount(we are going the first week in February) when do they usually come out? Should I just book the room I want and hope it's included? (Lion King suite at AOA since I am assuming Nemo rooms will not be included).

One more question: when do park schedules get released so I know where to plan for and can make my ADR's in August?

Actually, it's probably one of the most frequently asked questions lately. Packages for next year can be booked once prices for next year are released, which has been in June the last couple of years, but shouldn't be any later than July or maybe August.

And historically, discounts for that time period have been posted in October. You can always book the room when rates become available and call and add the discount later when it becomes available - we're going in Feb. too and that's my plan. http://www.mousesavers.com/historical-information-on-walt-disney-world-resort-discounts/#2014

And just an FYI regarding the various rooms at AoA and discounts- historically it is the Little Mermaid rooms that don't get discounts. The suites (Nemo, Cars, Lion King) generally do.

Oh! If it's not too much trouble, could you please tell me where I can find them? I've been checking the Disney operating hours pdf every day but so far that doesn't seem to have updated from 2014. I would love to be able to start planning already!
