Package with separate Hotel Stay

We have a single night Vacation Package booked this December, with a single night stay at Hotel MiraCosta the night before. Is it possible to check-in and/or pick up our package items at MiraCosta the day before our Vacation Package starts? We are aware we can go to the Ticket Centre to do this, but can you also do this from another resort?
