Package Ticket Pick-up Question

Can you still pick up tickets associated with a package 3 days before check-in? We are going in Sept and our APs will have expired. We will be in Cocoa Beach for a week before our WDW vacation, will likely book a WDW package and may want to pick up the tickets a few days early.

As far as anyone knows, nothing has changed, but our resident ticket expert has been MIA for months. I hope he is okay.
