Package question

I booked a MYW package with dining and the extras (PH vouchers, water rentals, etc.)

I received my DME voucher and tags this week via UPS. Will I receive anything else, or do I need to print out the invoice I received by e-mail back in November?

If so, when should I be receiving the rest?

You will also receive a "welcome package" which includes your Guest Itinerary and a few sheets which contain your reservation and other data for your trip. We received ours last week which was about 3 weeks before our trip.
