Package Question--What does your bill look like???

Is there any way to get an itemized receipt/quote for a package?

I'm asking because DH is at a conference for part of our stay, and we turn in a receipt for 4 nights of lodging, which is reimbursed by his company. Typically we just book a room and buy tickets separately, but this year I'd like to book a package so we can get the dining.

Because of the auditor's at DH's company, we need SOMETHING from Disney that breaks out the room portion of the total amount. It would also be great it we could get something that breaks out the dining portion as well (DH can turn in 4 days of his dining as well).

Can this be done??? I can certainly do it myself, but it won't be "officially" from Disney.

Nice that you have some R & R(resort and recreation) while your DH is on business! We have always gone through a travel agent, so no breakdown, just a total from Disney. That being said, Disney has tons of conventions, so there has to be someone somewhere that handles these types of receipts. My DH owns his own business so we ask for an itemized receipt of what went on our KTTW card. I have no clue how that works for the DIning plan.

On checkout morning at CSR, on our door was an Express Checkout envelope. No need to go to the front desk unless there was a problem.

Inside:

1 sheet detailing all table service meals and their totals

1 sheet detailing all counter service meals and their totals

1 sheet detailing all snacks and their totals (well, where we bought them, not what we bought)

1 sheet detailing purchases charged to the room -- meals, store purchases, phone calls

Since the room was prepurchased on the package before we left, we got no sheet for that, but I bet they could have printed one up.
