Package price incl. taxes?

Could someone please tell me if the package price that WDW site list for the special promotion includes all taxes. I'm trying to break it down and see exactly what they are charging for each thing...
1. Room Only
2. Tickets
3. Dining Plan

I know the tickets are a set price, but is the dining plan? If so, the discount on the rooms only doesn't seem to be that great? Thanks for any help!!

If you follow through online like you are going to book the trip you will see the taxes broken down at the end. This is the screen after choosing Disney's Magical Express. Price each package/room booking this way to compare.
