Package Handling Fee

We just returned from POR and had a package sent from Amazon Prime Pantry. I was surprised when I looked at my resort bill that I had been charged a package handling fee of $5. I thought only resorts that were convention centers charged a fee for packages. Does anyone know when that changed??

6 months to a year ago they initiated the change. Originally it was hit or miss but now it is in the FAQ online as PP shared and is pretty much enforced.
