Package Change/Ticket Change Question

We booked a MYW package at AoA with 7 day tickets before the ticket price increase. Our plans have changed and we only need 6 day tickets. If we make that change, will we be subject to the new ticket price? Would we be better off just keeping our package as-is and only using 6 days of our tickets, then? Thanks!!

PS-- I tried to change our tickets online, but when I clicked the Modify link by our tickets, nothing ever happened. Tried with Chrome and IE.

I'm pretty sure a change like that will require a phone call. I had to modify our reservation and reduce it by a day. Changing online was not an option. Tickets are tied in with length of stay, so I believe that is why the change cannot be made online. Be prepared to hold for a loooong time ...

Thanks for the response. I don't mind too much having to call, but I was hoping someone here would know the answer to my question to avoid those hold times. (Not going to bother changing our tickets if we will then have to pay for the more expensive ticket price).

I recently did the opposite - added 1 day admission to a pre-increase package. It was now subject to new pricing. My guess is dropping a day from your package would make it subject to new pricing.

Yes, I believe packaged ticket modifications will affect the price/terms, so I would leave it alone.

However, if it's just the dates being changed, I'm not sure. I know ticket prices did not change for us rescheduling a BB FD last year. And this was following a price increase.
