Pack light and buy when you get there?

Personally, I'd pack it and get one of those carts on wheels at the airport to wheel your stuff around. You can fit alot of bags in there and it is only about $2.

we did carry-on only our last trip and its the only way to go!! We each took a duffle bag to stow above us and had a backpack as our personal item. I carried small sizes of our HBC items and ziploc packed our clothes and it worked out great!!

I'd say go for it. Honestly, I hate lugging my toiletries. I always bring them in a carry on, because I've had just so many problems with leaking and/or loss of effectiveness of the product (like pressurized hair products). I'd combine a trip for toiletries along with snacks/drinks, etc. and save some money in the process.

When we fly I always put toiletries in my carry-on along with a change of clothes and my medications--just incase something happens I can have a shower and change my clothes. I have needed to do this twice and was glad to have my stuff.
