Could someone please let me know if this hotel can accomodate my family - 2 adults and 3 children. Also, what size beds and if there is a day bed in the room? Thank you for any info. :D :D

You can get two queens, or a king or a king with a sofa bed. No day beds but you can rent a rollaway.

Thank you very much for this info. Could someone please compare the size of a standard room at pacific royal to one of the room sizes in disney. We have stayed at moderates and a deluxe resort. I just want to make sure the room isn't tiny. Thanks again.

We stayed in Royal Pacific last Saturday with 2 adults and 3 kids (14,12 &12). I would guess its about the same size as the riverside rooms with the rollaways in POR, but my memory may not be entirely reliable as it been a couple of years since we stayed at POR.

The room with 2 queens has a very small gap from the wash basin wall to the bed, usual 2-3 feet between the other queen bed and then not much space between rollaway and windows.

We found it to be a very nice hotel and would certainly stay again. For us it is fine for a day to two but if we were staying a week would probably want a bit more space. The express passes were definately a great benefit of staying onsite.

We have three kids and stayed here last summer. We did not need the roll away. My son, who was 3 then and not a "picky sleeper" slept on a comfy pallet we made for him on the floor next to our bed. They had an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. We loved the hotel and did not find the room too small.

Comparing all three hotels:

Royal Pacific (Standard Room types): 340 sq feet
Hard Rock Hotel: 375 sq feet
Portofino Bay Hotel: 460 sq feet

This is approximate. For those looking for more space and have 2 A and 3 C. Deluxe Rooms in 2 Queens at HRH are approx 500 sq feet and include a "daybed" or "sleeper sofa". The Deluxe Pool Views at the Portofino are approx. 500 sq feet. No daybed. The Portofino and Hard Rock also have Kids' Suites that range from 650 sq feet up to 800 sq feet. Space is only limited by your budget.
